From Global Trade Experience to Supply Chain Foresight

Stan Chen is a New York-based entrepreneur and technology executive with more than two decades of experience in international commodities trading, nonferrous metals recycling, and global supply chain operations.

He is the founder of Sinansys, an enterprise decision intelligence platform helping organizations anticipate disruptions, evaluate alternatives, and act before critical decision windows close. He also serves as CEO of RecycleGO and President of United Metal Recycling, bringing firsthand experience in physical commodity markets and industrial operations to the development of next-generation supply chain technology.

Building Intelligence for Enterprise Supply Chains

Founded in 2025, Sinansys was built around a fundamental challenge facing global enterprises: visibility into a disruption does not necessarily provide enough time to respond.

Under Stan's leadership, Sinansys has evolved into a decision intelligence platform combining AI, quantum-enabled forecasting, scenario simulation, supplier intelligence, and global supply chain data.

The platform helps enterprises anticipate risks associated with extreme weather, geopolitical instability, supplier dependencies, trade disruptions, and transportation bottlenecks. Its guiding philosophy, From Visibility to Foresight, reflects the importance of identifying actionable options before they disappear.

Sinansys focuses on the operational and financial decisions facing complex enterprises in energy, petrochemicals, manufacturing, maritime logistics, and global commerce.

Two Decades in International Commodities and Recycling

Before founding Sinansys, Stan built his career in the physical movement, processing, and international trading of recycled metals.

As President of United Metal Recycling, he oversees a Class-A permitted recycling operation in New Jersey. His experience encompasses facility development, permitting, materials procurement, processing, operations, and commodity sales.

Previously, he founded and led United Metal Exports, growing the international scrap metal trading business into a multimillion-dollar enterprise with commercial activity spanning Asia, North America, and Europe.

These experiences shaped his understanding of how trade policy, market pricing, transportation, regulation, and supply disruptions affect the economics of industrial supply chains.

Advancing Traceable Circular Supply Chains

In 2016, Stan founded RecycleGO to address the need for greater transparency and accountability in global recycling and circular material supply chains.

RecycleGO develops technology for material traceability, emissions accounting, digital product passports, and verifiable environmental data. Its work connects physical material recovery with the digital infrastructure needed for credible reporting and circular commerce.

Across his companies, Stan's work reflects a consistent principle: technological innovation must ultimately support measurable commercial and operational value.

Industry Leadership and International Engagement

Stan serves as Executive Advisor to the NGO Committee on Sustainable Development NY, Co-Secretary of the Manhattan Solid Waste Advisory Board, and a Steering Committee Member of Oceanic Global NY.

He has participated in Global Blockchain Business Council initiatives and was selected for U.S. Department of Commerce trade missions to the Middle East and Southeast Asia.
